2023 Summit Overview
In 2023, STC is excited to offer an in-person conference to meet the ongoing educational needs of technical communication professionals.
The 2023 Summit will take place Sunday, 14 May, through Wednesday, 17 May, at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Each year, we carefully curate the Summit program from many proposals to ensure you’re getting the best ideas, insights, how-tos, and inspiration.
We are committed to offering a robust conference experience, including education sessions, preconference workshops, keynotes, vendor showcases, networking opportunities, and entertainment and social events. While other conferences in technical communication may be narrowly focused, the STC Summit is broad — its depth and breadth reflect the diversity of our profession, our members, and our attendees. Summit attendees will learn about new techniques, tools, and trends, as well as grow their skills and competencies.
Attendees come the Summit to spend time with the people whose expertise is shaping the work of technical communicators, whatever job title they may have, from technical writer to content strategist to information architect to user advocate. Every year, speakers include celebrated authors, industry pioneers, leaders from well-known companies, and exciting new voices. Each year, you’ll meet fellow communication enthusiasts from just about every industry, with highly diverse backgrounds and perspectives, including those from countries outside North America.
