More than 80 educational sessions, with varied formats and approaches to match your learning style, are spread across three days. We begin with the keynote speaker on Sunday evening and continue through midday Wednesday.
The 2015 Summit takes place 21-24 June in Columbus, OH and officially begins Sunday evening, 21 June, with a general session and keynote speaker.
The Summit consists of two important parts. The first part is the 80+ educational sessions, organized in tracks, which begin Monday morning, 22 June, and continue until midday on Wednesday, 24 June. These sessions are offered in a variety of formats to suit every learning style, including traditional presentations, workshops, progressions, 20-minute Spotlight Talks, and even a virtual track. The second important part of the Summit is the Expo, with more than 50 companies represented; this will open on Sunday evening, 21 June, and run through 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 23 June. New this year: the Summit will come to a close with a second keynote to wrap up three busy and exciting days of learning and networking.
Summit registration includes three receptions (Opening Reception, Communities Reception, and Honors Reception) plus morning and afternoon refreshment breaks in the exhibit hall. Also included in your registration is access to STC’s SUMMIT@aClick. This unique feature is audio/graphic-synchronized recordings of most sessions. SUMMIT@aClick takes away the problem of only being able to attend one session per hour. You can listen and watch the other sessions on SUMMIT@aClick on demand after the conference.
Additional education opportunities are also available on Saturday and Sunday, 20-21 June, in the form of preconference certificate sessions and preconference workshops.
There are plenty of networking opportunities which include all three receptions, ample break time, and visits in the Expo Hall. Most of STC’s Special Interest Groups (SIGs) also have networking events and meetings.
