2018 SUMMIT PROCEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

In accordance with the guidelines in the Call for Proposals, presentation speakers are expected to submit a paper. Papers must be uploaded using the form below no later than 11:59 PM EDT (GMT-4) on Monday, 23 April 2018.

Please author your paper using the Proceedings Style Guide. Use only the styles included within the document. Papers submitted without following these guidelines will be sent back for revision.

  • Provide any special instructions and/or notes on the file being uploaded.
  • Your paper must be submitted with one of the following file extensions: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .jpg, .gif, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, or .xlsx. If you have more than one file to upload, combine the files into a single .zip file before submitting. Files cannot exceed 128 MB.

    After clicking Submit, the page will refresh. Scroll down the page to find either a confirmation or error message if your submission did not go through.
    Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, rtf, jpg, gif, png, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx, zip.
