Learn how one organization incorporated Acrolinx and other quality-checking and project-management tools into their process to measure documentation quality and process adherence. Cerner established 13 distinct quality areas that are each scored with a numeric value when a technical writer’s documentation is reviewed for compliance to these standards. Automatic reporting then compiled this data to allow management to trend quality scores by the individual technical writer and the collective team. By measuring documentation quality, Cerner identified team-wide areas for additional education, identified individual performance gaps, and improved the overall quality and usability of their documentation.
During this session, you’ll learn how we did it, and how your organization can do the same.
