007: Operation Content Ecosystem

What do you do when your traditional marketing channels disappear? You look to your content and find new ways to leverage it across the channels you have. With a new book on James Bond to launch and book-store signings and convention appearances no longer an option I had to learn how to use the content I had to hand to build a connected content ecosystem to switch to a digital first marketing strategy. The lessons I learned proved to be valuable and I am now applying them in my corporate role to help redesign the way that content is thought about and managed in a large software company.
