Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA, KSEA) aka SEA-TAC is ranked as the 8th busiest U.S. airport, serving 49.8 million passengers. The airport, the largest in the Pacific Northwest region of North America, is owned and operated by the Port of Seattle. In 2018, the airport was the 29th-busiest airport in the world, surpassing Las Vegas and the eighth-busiest in the United States by passenger traffic, and is considered one of the \fastest growing the United States. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is home to thirty-two airlines serving 91 non-stop domestic and 29 international destinations including Canada, and Mexico.

Current Link Light Rail routes run from Sea-Tac Airport through Downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill to the University of Washington station. Link Light Rail is growing in the region with work underway on future routes from Seattle to Bellevue and Redmond. Construction on East Link is underway.
