The Education
Organized in tracks, these sessions begin Monday morning and continue through Wednesday morning. Sessions are offered in a variety of tracks and presentation types. The Summit will showcase the following areas: Content Design and Delivery; Tools and Technologies; Training Development and Delivery; Project Management, Leadership, and Career Development.
The Expo Hall
This opens on Sunday evening and features numerous companies, all prepared to unveil and demonstrate new and exciting products, services, and technology to the world of technical communication.

I couldnt wait to return to work to tell everyone what I learned. Things like structured content to better communication, page design and word minimization, and overall seeing a vision for how documentation can be done SO much easier, faster and with more consistency. Maybe I’m overly idealistic, but I have learned invaluable tools to help create and maintain documentation and am excited about completely rethinking our methods.

About STC’s Technical Communication Summit
The 2019 Summit takes place 5-8 May at the Hyatt Regency Denver in Denver, CO. The Summit kicks off Sunday evening with the Opening General Session and Welcome Reception in the Expo Hall.
The Summit is made up of two major parts:

The Expo Hall. This opens on Sunday evening and features numerous companies, all prepared to unveil and demonstrate new and exciting products, services, and technology to the world of technical communication.
On Tuesday evening, the 2019 Honors Event celebrates the achievements of STC members and announce the Community of the Year award.
Attendance at the 2019 Summit provides 8 CEUs toward CPTC currency. CEUs apply only to those who are certified and cannot be counted retroactively.
