CANCELLATION – REFUND – TRANSFER POLICY – All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by 19 April 2013. After this date no refunds will be issued. Requests received prior to 19 April will be refunded, minus a US $50.00 administrative fee. All refunds will be processed after 8 May 2013. No-shows will not be issued a refund. Registrations are transferrable. Requests to transfer must be made in writing to STC by 19 April 2013. There is a US $50.00 administrative fee for transferring a registration. As advertised in special offering emails, the Really Early Bird rate ($825) is not refundable but is transferrable.
