STC 2015 Summit Transportation Options

Please note that there are other events taking place in Columbus in the days leading up to the conference. Because of this, there could be delays and road closures, so plan accordingly and give yourself plenty of time to get into the city.

Arriving in Columbus by air:

STC recommends that you select a flight that arrives at Port Columbus International Airport (CMH). To see a list of all scheduled flights in and out of Port Columbus, click here.

Currently there is no van service shuttle between the airport and downtown Columbus. Please select from one of the options below to get to the Hyatt Regency from the airport:

  • Taxi. You’ll find taxis available on demand (no reservation required) in the ground transportation area of the terminal on a 24-hour basis. Fare to the Hyatt Regency is $23-$28 each way.
  • Limo service. If you don’t want to wait in line for a cab, you can arrange for a limo to bring you to the Hyatt. This is a great option if four or more people are travelling together and don’t want to wait for a van cab. Here’s the link to the list of services available at the airport: Limos at Columbus International Airport
  • COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority). Take advantage of Columbus’s Public Bus Transportation. Rides to and from the airport are $2.50 per person, each way. The approximate trip duration each way is 56 minutes using two buses.

Driving to Columbus:

Refer to the directions on the Hyatt’s website: Map and directions to the Hyatt Regency Columbus

If you drive in, refer to the parking information on the Hyatt Regency website for locations and cost of parking lots.

Getting around the city:

There’s plenty to do within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency but if you want to expand your exploring of Columbus, there are a variety of transportation options from bicycles to shuttle buses to pedi-cabs. Check out all your options here: Getting Around Columbus
